Skills Launchpad Devon understand the difficult year that 2020 was when Covid-19 hit the world. Many people have experienced redundancy or uncertainty within their jobs and young people have faced a daunting time going into the world of work or studying as their educational experience was cut short.
In Devon, we are passionate about helping our community and recognising the needs of our people and businesses by ensuring information is easily accessible to bounce back from the impact of Covid-19. Our priority is to invest in skills and opportunities available within the County to ensure there is an opportunity for everyone.
Led by Devon County Council, the Skills Launchpad Devon website endeavours to provide a one stop shop of information about training and skill offers within Devon. Our aim is that with the right information, the people of Devon can easily access the support and guidance they need to fulfil their employment aspirations.
Skills Launchpad Devon complements the Heart of the South West Skills Launchpad which aims to improve the employment, training and careers opportunities for all in Devon, Plymouth, Somerset and Torbay.
